Jazz Technique Workshop

Welcome to JJ The Killah's Technique Workshop.  This 3 hour workshop is desgined to build, elevate, and challenge dancers technichal skills. There are three major components to the this workshop: Conditioning, Center Floorwork, and Across the Floors.

In this workshop dancers will learn exercies that will help power through movements, gain flexibility and get a better understanding of body awerness.  Dancers will practice techniques found in ballet & jazz that are used throughout various styles of dance such as heels, contemporary, and hip-hop. Dances will be able to expand their dance vocabulary both verbally and physically!
